I’m your small town girl with a big passion for what I get to do.

Hi! I’m so glad you have found yourself here. I never could have dreamed I would be where I am today, doing what I get to do. I still cannot believe this has been part of my life for over 7 years now. This whole thing started when I was a little baby in high school. My friends and I would go all around the mountains to get the best insta worthy photos to post. After a while, I realized I really love the creativity of being behind the camera. I have always known in my heart this little corner of the world was special. Growing up in southwestern Colorado has been such a blessing. I didn’t quite realize this until I left to go to college in Auburn, Alabama (War Eagle!), but every. single. time. I visited, and I now understand why people never want to leave this place. Having such indescribable mountain peaks and vast canyons literally right in my backyard became something I held near and dear to my heart.

I grew up in a big sports family with a huge appreciation for basketball specifically. For most of my childhood, I was traveling all around the state for my three older siblings and my parents to play and coach. I think this is where my passion for creativity started. I know that seems like a strange thing to say, but stay with me here. Basketball grew me in ways I could have never expected. The game itself allows for so much creative freedom, and I truly believe that is where I learned I was a creative person, even though I had no ability to paint or draw.

Flash forward to my high school years when having the best and most esthetic photos for your Instagram profile was one of the most important things in life. From this, I was able to learn that the creativity I had built up in me was meant for being behind the camera. I knew that I could build something off of this. I really started from the bottom, forcing my friends to let me take their senior photos, which turned into people I had never met booking me one by one.

Getting out of the state was such a beautiful process as I learned how to capture art in the mundane Alabama lifestyle. The past few years at Auburn have been nothing but growth. I invested in my education not only at school but in photography meeting new people and traveling the country to learn from the best of the best. Still, I can never forget the beauty that is here in the heart of Colorado. These epic, insane landscapes and the importance of details and beauty in life itself, I learned in Alabama, have truly influenced me and my style to the core.
